"The room was clean, the AC worked, the beds were okay. We were there for a soccer tournament. We wanted to eat dinner with a few members of my daughter's team. Despite an empty outdoor area (The area actually depicted in the photo), and a completely empty bar area, we were hounded by the hotel staff that we could not eat together outside or inside. The only place we were allowed to eat was on two tiny couches in the entry way of the hotel. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU ARE STAYING WITH YOUR TEAMS. This lady was incredibly rude and despite all the empty space that was available, wouldn't let a 9 year old's team have 3 families eat pizza together. Which was interesting because there were kids in the bar area. All we wanted to do was eat pizza together after a long day of playing. Nice and beautiful hotel, but not conducive to team sports."

"Everything was good or better except I was disappointed with how limited the breakfast menu was and how expensive it was. Prices were equivalent to in-park prices in an area like Disneyland. $7.50 for a fruit cup and $6 for a small bowl of cereal, for example. "

"Staff helpful and courteous. Room was not cleaned during my stay but I did not specifically request it. One light bulb burned out in entry sconce. USB port on left bedside lamp did not work."

"Absolutely no smell of smoke or weird smells. Comfortable, clean and felt safe, the bed was super comfortable too. The staff were welcoming and wonderful. I was closer to the road so I did hear a bit of traffic but still slept well. Just a really cool and cute place, great price too"
