Had a warm welcome and the van home was very clean and well equipped. Was a massive shame that the pool was absolutely freezing to the point was unable to stay in it.
And although not at the fault of the park itself, found it very hard to get a decent night sleep with comings and goings until the early hours from other guests. Something about the stay made me feel a bit uneasy being in the van home in what felt like the middle of an airfield. Wouldn’t recommend travelling here with children, more suited to solo travellers or backpackers
The cabin we stayed at was really nice and clean and comfortable. They have a large dining area where we were joined by 4 other families we were with. Pool was nice and clean. We also briefly used their mahjong room which was an added bonus to have.
Maintenance lacking dirty plates and cups hole in bedroom wall dirty washer left in bathroom vent in bathroom very dirty fridge very wobbly no plug for the kitchen sink staff verry friendly mostly good except for things mentioned above
Perfection, great customer service on arrival. Room was pet-friendly and extremely clean. The place was quiet and had a communal laundry, bbq area and pool. We will definitely be back :)

Very few dishes and cutlery in the kitchen necessitating immediate dish washing after every meal. I think there should be at least 4 of every bowl, plate, dish, glass and cup. Mostly, there were only 2 of each. Also, I don't think it should be necessary to enter a code to leave the camp compound.
First off the room was advertised as $124 a night however I was charged $177 plus the $15 insurance which I agree, was my choice (advice to the weary) double check the check out price for inflated costs. Second, i had accidentally booked the wrong date and despite Wotif agreeing to the change at no cost, they were unable to confirm that the park would reschedule, despite numerous attempts to contact them. The park refused to deal with me directly and kept telling me to talk to Wotif. Consequently I had to rearrange my schedule, which was a total pain. Then I arrived at the park at 6pm, in total darkness and had to work out how to contact reception only to be told "didn't you receive an SMS advising you about late check-ins?" Umm, that would be a "No!" Handed a key and a map of the park (quite huge, the park, not the map). Extremely poor lighting and no real indication where I was as no van, units or street signs illuminated. Had to get out of the car numerous time with my mobile phone flashlight to work out where I was. Finally found my van only to find a window with no blind (surrounded by work utes) i was after all a single female traveller. Next bitter cold, turn on the AC for heat, only to find it so caked with dirt no air could possibly escape its interior. Then to top off this experience, absolutely no toilet paper, what so ever.
