Toilet running and kept topping up 24/7. Hot water far too hot and not tempered as per AS3500 Plumbing Code. Shower changed from warm to cold to hot in fast succession - burnt me. Noise from local bars until midnight then commercial rubbish bins emptied at 0530 then the rest at 0600. Sleep deprivation which is not what a traveller needs before a long drive. A town for young visitors as the food choices reflected.

We hired two rooms. We were all very happy with cleanliness, comfort, noise and location. Only thing I wasn’t aware of was the stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us so I might’ve skipped the part about the lack of a lift but for some this might be a concern.

"The unit was in need of up dating The carpet in front of the Fridge was stained. The fridge motor was noisy. One bedside reading light didn't, work. No washers were provided. The Main front door 🚪 frame was badly rusted and needed repair and painting."
