"The location for this hotel is excellent if you are staying in the area. However, the check-in process was very difficult as we had arrived with our young child before the formal check-in time and would have paid extra for early check-in after an overnight flight. Front desk staff were not helpful, getting any support was like pulling teeth. The reasoning behind delaying checking past the official check in time was that the room was clean but needed a “review”. Despite this, the room stunk of pesticide and black mold was evident from the odour and mold throughout the bathroom tiles and floor. Breakfast that was supposed to have gluten free options consisted of mouldy, stale bread that had extensive 3 cm diameter black mould, and then a stale chocolate muffin when we brought back the very mouldy bread. There was no effort to share hotel amenities such as pool direction or hours and hotel staff walked all over the indoor pool deck in outdoor shoes. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke as well. We rated this hotel as an overall 3/10 and the positive points are for location alone. "

"An absolutely beautiful resort with great facilities and amenities. The resort is set a little bit away from Caiscais City Centre. It's an easy Bolt ride to and from town. The rooms are extremely spacious. We ate at both restaurants on the property. The sushi restaurant is high-end in is probably the best sushi we've ever had. The glass Is there other restaurant and the wine selection and staff in that restaurant is just absolutely spectacular. "
