"First time stay. Quaint, quiet and perfect for a short weekend getaway with my husband. He loved looking out the window next to the fireplace in the chair and also sitting outside on the shared couches listening to the river. The room was clean and well stocked"

"Super nice place and great location "

"The property worked well for our needs. We wanted to be in the Maple Leaf district and this location was perfect. Parking and access was easy to navigate. Much of the property has been updated with the exception of the bathroom and a few doors but we were comfortable."

"Lee was an awesome host! The house was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Bbq was great! Nice and clean ready to grill. The yard was nice for the bbq dinner and our dog love having a place to run around. Location was great. Close to coffee and restaurant as well as public transportation. Lee gave us all the details to us public transportation to get to downtown Seattle. Wonderful host made our stay very nice."
