"We could not sleep in our room, the AC unit was making such a terrible shrieking noise. My husband and I were having such a hard time falling asleep, it was frustrating :( I eventually fell asleep early in the am, after putting a pillow on my head to try to block out the noise. The breakfast was also okay. I don’t plan on staying here when I visit Chelan again. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was excessive that we could only use it for an hour before needing to get out because our eyes were burning."

"Looked JUST like the pictures. Very pristine, gorgeous yard, plush carpet, lots of fabulous outdoor seating vignettes. The fridge didn’t have built-in water and ice, but had a large Brita inside so we still had cold water. The air conditioning didn’t work when we arrived, but the host got back to us quickly and had maintenance out the very next morning, at a time that worked for us. Maintenance communicated very well, and they even stopped by again later to make sure it was working still. BIG hot tub, great outdoor lighting and pool toys for use.The only thing was the rooms could use some lamps so there are options other than the big overhead light, and there weren’t any hangers. We ran out of toilet paper halfway through, which was annoying for such a large house. And only half the windows had screens which made it hard to open the windows when the A/C went out because lots of bugs would come in. Otherwise, awesome house for our bachelorette party weekend! The location ROCKS! A 7-12 minute walk to anything downtown. We never had to use the car. Peaceful, safe-feeling neighborhood."

"Very nice unit! Very clean! Pictures are very accurate! Beautiful view! Kitchen is full with all you need for the stay. Living room is very spacious. Balcony is humongous with big round table and very comfortable chairs! "

"We had an outstanding stay at this property and would absolutely book it again! I initially stayed here during a work trip to Chelan with several team members and industry partners, and the home was perfect for hosting both colleagues and clients. It offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out, gather comfortably, and enjoy time together. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.What really stood out was how versatile the property was. After our work week wrapped up and most of the team headed home on Friday, my wife and kids arrived for the weekend, and the house transitioned seamlessly from a professional setting to a relaxing family getaway. My family loved the property, and it was a great place to unwind and enjoy Chelan together.The location was fantastic, the amenities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded expectations! Whether you’re planning a corporate retreat, hosting clients, or simply looking for a memorable family vacation spot, this home checks all the boxes. I highly recommend and look forward to re-booking soon!"

"This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 people. Everyone slept comfortably, including 3 teens in the loft. It had everything we needed, was well stocked, and super clean. The location by the water and the use of the resort facilities was awesome. We loved being able to dock our boat and then just walk down, hop on, and go fishing. Free bikes were available to use, which helped make this a terrific weekend. We definitely recommend and we will for sure be back."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.The air conditioner in the room was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable—especially since I was traveling with four kids, including a 6-month-old baby. Around 12:30 AM, I contacted customer care, and they informed me that a ticket had been raised and someone would call back. However, I did not receive any follow-up.I had to call two more times, but still, no one responded or resolved the issue. This lack of response and follow-up was very disappointing.I usually do not write negative feedback, but this is the first time I felt it was necessary due to the poor service and lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer support and response time."
