"Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful time visiting Leavenworth for the first time! We strolled through the lovely shops, had a delicious meal at the restaurant and then checked into the Enzian Inn—it was the perfect spot. We were so impressed with how clean, spacious and full of old-world charm it was. The beautiful woodwork really made the place feel special. We especially loved the pool and all the hot tubs. We had a fantastic family time. We swam, played volleyball, basketball, ping pong, pool table, listened to the piano, enjoyed the free popcorn and even caught a little bit of a movie. We also really appreciated the fresh water station and the friendly staff. The delicious breakfast and the alphorn playing in the morning were a bonus. We will definitely recommend the Enzian Inn! "

"No WiFi at all. When i asked about it, she said that they hadn't had Wi-Fi for over a month. The shower and the disabled unit was wonky. That means you really couldn't get in the water properly.Without getting the whole bathroom wet. The bed was comfortable, and it may have been new, but it kept sliding off the frame.Because it needs velcro or something on it to keep it in place. I myself took a pair of tennis shoes and crammed them between the mattress and the frame.So that they wouldn't slip off any more. It had a little kitchen at which was great. It was clean, almost a 100% clean. But the biggest disappointment was no wifi, no internet. "

"When I arrived, despite calling ahead to say I would be arriving late, the front desk had cancelled my reservation. I learned this when I arrived. Then they told me they were full, they couldn’t reimburse my two nights, and I would have to argue with Expedia because it was a non refundable reservation. And didn’t offer me any sort of comp. I had to find another hotel, at a last minute exorbitant price, despite already paying for 2 nights here. "

"Rooms were immaculate. There are no refrigerators in the room which seemed odd. The coffee service in the room was a bit lame but there is a great coffee shop attached to the lobby and it opens at 6:30 and you can charge it to your room. The location is perfect especially if you are going to the Neptune theatre for a show. It’s steps away from the Neptune. View of Seattle and the mountains is fabulous. The rooms are appointed like no other hotel room that I’ve been in. Interesting, eclectic yet not cluttered with useless adornments. Art deco. Very comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows didn’t break your neck. I would definitely stay there again. "

"An incredible choice of hot foods DAILY for breakfast! And the juice is fresh! Awesome customer service, housekeeping was amazing and an absolute joy to chat with. Loved the washer and dryer…so convenient. Best hotel in Oak Harbor for clean rooms, a happy front desk and yummy food! Thanks Coachman Inn!!"
