"Our family of 5 had an awesome week away. We hiked Mt. Hood, we shopped our favorite bookstore (artifacts), shopped the game store(excellent selection of board games), ate excellent BBQ in Parkdale. "The host Leigh was very communicative and did everything possible to make sure we had what we needed and support for finding the right adventures around Hood River. There was a kitchen appliance issue that he discovered the morning of our arrival, and he proactively communicated with us about the issue and went above and beyond to make sure that it didn't affect our stay by making alternate arrangements for us while waiting for a replacement part. "

"Spent 2+ weeks here. Our 7 y.o. grandson had his first fishing experience in the river. We loved the quiet, solitude, wildlife, dark skies and the wonderful murmur of Little White Salmon river in the background. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The views of Mount Hood were incredible. The home is nicely appointed and the property manager provided clear instructions. The TVs are all Roku so have your streaming app passwords ready to go. The hot tub was a big hit with our teenagers. The house is located an hour outside of Portland, 25 minutes south of Gov Camp. "We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be just as described, with the photos being very accurate. The house was cool upon arrival, which was a relief given the high 90-degree weather outside. We especially appreciated the two king-size beds, which are a rare find and one of the main reasons we chose this property. "We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Hood River. Plenty of parking for 3 cars on the property and then we could easily walk to town for meals and to take the Hood River Train. It is downhill to the town and uphill on the way back, but not a bad walk. The unit was new and nicely furnished. It is 4 stories, so be aware that you will be climbing stairs. Living area is on the 4th floor, so you have to climb, but get great views of the town and Columbia River."

"It was exactly what we needed for celebrating my son's wedding. The house was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. Plenty of space to spread out but at the same time a huge room for everyone to hang out in."
