"The communication with the host, Moises was excellent. The customer service overall of everyone involved including the housekeeper, Sandra was great. Sandra made it her business to make us feel comfortable and rested as she insisted in washing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen daily. The jacuzzi early morning and late nights was absolutely amazing and warm until later in the day when the sun came out and the pool was incredible. The rooms, the beds, the pillows, the warm showers, the number of towels, and the cleaning of the rooms each morning was spectacular. The villa was absolutely stunning, enormous and the decorations were perfect. I was impressed with the water coolers readily available and convenient with filtered, drinkable water. The fact that there were 2 refrigerators was marvelous. The backyard was huge and breathtaking with all the birds singing and the greenery. I can’t wait to go back, if you want the perfect family or friends vacation, this is the PERFECT PLACE!"

"We have rented a lot of villas in CDC and this was very nice. Bathrooms are all redone, backyard is absolutely beautiful, beds are all new and comfy, and the rest of the home is well kept and nice. As well the staff was excellent. The home was kept spotless and the food was very good. We are always a bit nervous as to the quality of the villa and this was perfect. It's actually much nicer than the pictures !!!"

"Stayed here for my bachelorette with 10 of my closest friends. The house was extremely clean and exactly as described. The staff was awesome and cooked delicious meals / shopped for us ahead of time. Picked this property due to Ruth’s amazing responsiveness and she really went above and beyond helping make some last minute reservations for us! Extremely fairly priced as well. Would love to come back!"

"The property was very well laid out. It is very good for two families with identical setups on the 1st and 2nd floors. The outdoor space is amazing. There are a number of different seating areas and the view over the golf course is great. Laura (property manager) was great. Very communicative and proactive. Very helpful in organizing reservations and making sure that everything was ready for our stay. Giver her a 10/10. There were a few issues;Some of the furniture was run down. Some of the dresser drawers did not operate and were missing handles. The water pressure in the showers is very low. You could only take one shower at a time and have no other water running in the house. Even then it was difficult to wash long hair. The staff was not very attentive. The butler was not proactive in asking what we needed to make our stay better. The cook was grumpy but was able to make some good dishes towards the end with direction. The housekeeper was OK. Cloths came back wrinkled after washing. "

The house is very spacious, with multiple areas to relax and spend time—whether by the pool, in the living rooms, the garden, or the indoor patios.The service provided by the staff was warm, attentive, and kind. We bought groceries at a local supermarket and collaborated with them to create a menu, which made the experience even more special.The villa is just a five-minute walk to Las Minitas Beach. It is truly one of the best villas of its size that we have stayed in within this complex."
