A charming, quaint cottage, providing the perfect place for a peaceful, private retreat.

Featuring a cosy, inviting atmosphere, high cathedral ceiling, plentiful natural light, & carefully curated decor.

With an open floor plan, well-appointed and equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfy queen size bed, wood fire to keep you toasty warm in winter and to keep you cool in the warmer months, a ceiling fan & refreshing easterly breeze that blows in most afternoons.

Curl up on the leather lounge to watch TV, read a book, play a board game or complete a jigsaw.

Take a picnic down to the dam & at the end of the day relax with a drink & watch the sunset from the back verandah.

Cook up a feast on the undercover barbeque & sit back & watch the night sky come alive with stars.

Please note that there is no wifi available at the cottage & as it is located in a rural area, your phone coverage/signal may be affected/limited during your stay.

Three external cameras are in place to monitor the exterior of the cabin only. They will not impact on your privacy and any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras may result in termination of your stay.

We visited for the weekend and really enjoyed the quiet and cosy cabin. Lots of little touches and a lovely fire and bbq, perfect for an afternoon in. Easy to get to and Kathleen was a great host, accomodating us arriving quite late in the evening.

we had the most special stay here in Carwoola for our anniversary! first of all, Kathleen was a fantastic host, making sure we were looked after and warm. we even had a lovely loaf of homemade bread waiting for us upon arrival! we could not have asked for a more quaint and beautiful place to stay. we are already talking about our next visit!!!

We loved the cottage, such a clever design with so many artistic touches by Kathleen. And we really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided. The fire and underfloor heating in the bathroom was a bonus as we unfortunately chose a very wet and cold weekend which did impact our stay.

A beautiful home for a peaceful weekend away. The cottage has obviously been created with love and care, and Kathleen is a wonderful host who even provided us with a freshly baked loaf of bread! We're already looking forward to a return trip. And the woodcraft gallery in nearby Bungendore is absolutely worth seeing.

What a little gem. From the moment we booked our stay Kathleen was a suberb host with nothing was to much trouble including organising a bottle of champagne for our arrival given it was our anniversary get away. The cottage was just perfect with all the little touches including a freshly made loaf of bread making our stay just perfect. The fireplace was cozy, and overall just so relaxing and comfortable. Thanks for making our stay just perfect. We'll definitely be back
