I ate breakfast so good and the chef Carlos and Ralfi I went out of there way to spoil us not even here Las Vegas we get such excellent service hat off to both of them

This hotel has amazing service for everyone. They serve foods and rooms. Friendly staffs I met. Great mango drink from the outdoor dinning room. Beautiful designs in that hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Bocagrande. It’s super convenient to the beach as well as a bunch of restaurants and stores! You can walk easily and everything is close. The only issue I really had were the street vendors right there in the sidewalk in front of the hotel. They are very aggressive but it’s like this all over Cartagena. The hotel front desk speak a decent amount of English as well.

Don't book here, if you book in this so-called Luxury hotel they will take you to the regular hotel and provide you with a "better" room which might or might not be true as you don't have a way to compare the actual rooms. Once you get to the front desk they will say you are not staying at this hotel and will put you in a taxi to the other hotel that they own. In the end, you feel scammed.

I was hesitant after looking at some reviews but it wasn’t anything like those experiences. The staff are so kind, patient and hospitable. The place was very clean which is so important to me. I wish it had a pool, that would have made it even more amazing. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at OZ location was as good as it gets we literally were a 3 min walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk in any direction to a vast variety of food places and a 15 min drive to the old historic city if there is one thing I need to complain about was breakfast and this is for me specifically they could add some bacon and sausage option not traditional I know but wouldn’t hurt other than that all other food was great and the staff were very accommodating

I was a solo traveler and was pleased with the staff service and close walking distance to beaches, restaurants and convenience stores. If you plan on booking tours or party buses they are able to pick you up at or very close to the hotel. Taxis are readily available. Hotel was very clean and modern.

Stayed as a couple at the OZ Luxury Hotel March 15-29th and it was perfect for us. We took an Uber from the airport to the hotel. The building has 9 floors. The 1st floor is the reception/dining area and the 9th is a roof top patio. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had two windows, one in the room and one in the bathroom. It’s not the best view, which was fine as we were out most of the day anyway. The room is small but it was cozy. We only brought our carry on luggage and were able to store it in the closet with ample room to spare. We could have used some extra hangers or drawers but it was not difficult to manage. The safe, fridge, and a/c functioned very well. The TV didn’t have any English channels but we were able to log into our Netflix account. Breakfast was AMAZING. Given how expensive the meals in the area are we were grateful for the daily breakfast buffet. You can have eggs made to order. The juices are made from real fruit. There was a variety of empanadas, cheese and deli meats and other fried food options along with pancakes, veggies and soup. And the fresh fruit options were fantastic. The location was also ideal for us. We were 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. We did not rent beach chairs or umbrellas instead we brought beach towels (provided by the hotel) and our own drinks. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are so kind! A big shout out to John and Alex. They were always so helpful and accommodating given our limited Spanish.
