We absolutely LOVED this place! Definitely stay within the walled city and have a horse and cart ride! Definitely recommend going to Resturant 1621, the food and service was outstanding ♥️

Poor customer service. They don’t offer an experience in their hotel. It’s a disaster. They’re interested in your money. That’s all. They never said sorry about our bad experience at encanto island and it was very expensive.
