Perfect 1 bedroom apartment in the 7th floor of one of the newest, most representative buildings in Cartagena. Has a living room, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and a balcony with a spectacular view over the pool and the city of Cartagena. Double bed in the main bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Perfect for a couple vacation or a business trip. Apt is suitable for 1 - 4 guests maximum. We look forward to hosting you! It is one of the most elegant and perfectly located buildings in Cartagena. Everything in the apartment is fully thought especially to make your stay here great! Main bedroom: Double bed Smart tv Private bathroom Balcony access Living room: Sofa bed Smart tv Balcony access You will love staying here! The apartment has: Full equipped kitchen, washer, towels, sheets, and very nice carefully selected furniture. Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed in the building. No extra visitors are allowed. The pool is open but to attend you must first make a reservation. When you book the apartment we will send you instructions to make pool reservations. The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín. Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 7-10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center. Normally a ride from the airport to the building costs 20,000 to 25,000 pesos. When you register you will be given a bracelet. Please do not remove this. Only people registered in the apartment will be the ones allowed in the building. To register someone you must send me full names 24 hours before arrival. Max 4 people in total. No additional visitors are allowed
