"Facilities and location are unparalleled. The staff were also professional and friendly, and I had everything I needed for a few nights' stay. However, I feel the cleanliness could have been improved on as I found dust bunnies when I first entered the room. The property could also do with some updating soon as the walls and tiles in the bathroom were slightly worn."

"The location was really good, very easy to walk around and explore Norwich from the property. Loads of options for eating, drinking and activities nearby. We were three couples and it suited us well. There are two balconies and a comfortable lounge which accommodated us all. Instructions for getting there and accessing the property were not provided via the website but the owner was responsive and helpful when contacted directly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property."
