The space

🛏️ Primary Bedroom

Wake up to stunning views of the main polo field in this airy and relaxing main bedroom. A glass sliding door opens directly to the patio. Features a king bed, attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.

A comfortable queen bed with a closet and hangers.

🛏️ Bedroom 3 / Den & Office

A versatile room that doubles as a den and workspace. Includes a pull-out queen bed, dresser, built-in TV, and hidden chairs that convert into a desk — perfect for remote work or extra guests.

🛁 Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms, both with walk-in showers. One is en-suite to the primary bedroom, and the other is in the hallway next to Bedroom 2. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

📺 Living Room

An open-concept living space with polo field views, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV (Netflix and other streaming services). Flows naturally into the dining area for a spacious, airy feel.

A dining table seats 4, conveniently located between the living room and kitchen.

Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and all your everyday essentials. Includes a drip coffee maker and a stovetop kettle. Cook up a delicious meal while watching horses gallop by. 🐴

Step outside onto your expansive private patio overlooking the pristine polo grounds — featuring a dining table for al fresco meals, loungers for sunny afternoons, and a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. ✨

The community also features a sparkling pool just steps away — perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring nearby Montecito and Santa Barbara.

🚗 Parking

One covered parking spot is included. Additional vehicles can park in the open spots at the far back of the complex.

📶 WiFi & Entertainment

High-speed WiFi throughout the unit — router located in the primary bedroom. All TVs are set up for Netflix and other streaming services.

📷 Safety & Cameras

For guest safety, there are two cameras — one on the patio and one Ring doorbell. These record footage but do not record sound.

🔑 Check-in & Guest Access

The entire condo and patio are yours to enjoy! A few areas are off limits: the storage area above the parking spot, the polo club's tennis courts, pool, and gym, and the polo field during games and practices.

•⁠ Beach: Just across the freeway from Padaro and Santa Claus Beach, with ocean views right past the polo fields.

•⁠ Pets: Not permitted.

•⁠ Early luggage drop or late parking: Not available, as we can't monitor belongings or interrupt the cleaning crew between stays.

•⁠ Additional cleaning: Available for longer stays at an added cost — just ask in advance.

📋 House Rules 

🚭 No smoking of any kind — indoors, outdoors, garage, or driveway.

🎉 No large parties or events.

📷 No photo or video shoots without prior host approval.

👥 Max 6 overnight guests (children 2+ count toward the total).

🌙 Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. The polo fields are a close-knit and private community — please be respectful of neighbors.

🛋️ Please don't rearrange the furniture. If you do move something, please return it to its original position before checkout.
