Beach Sol Oceanfront in Coastal Carolina

Welcome to Beach Sol at Sea Colony! Newly remodeled! floor condo offers all the comforts of home and an ocean view that will take your breath away! From the balcony, you can see spectacular sunrises, watch dolphins playing & pelicans in flight. During peak season you can enjoy a full fireworks display every Thursday night. Centrally located, it's a five minute walk to the Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar, and a short distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Kure Beach Pier & NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. We provide our guests with one parking pass (these are only valid for parking on Sea Colony property, please make sure they are displayed on your dashboard, not doing so could result in being towed). You may have one additional parking pass upon request prior to stay for another vehicle for a guest that is also staying at the condo.
You will have the following items to help you feel at home:
4 beach chairs located in the owners closet in the carport area
2 roll of paper towels
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
garbage bags
dishsoap
dishwasher pods
laundry pods
hand soap

Sheets for all beds
one towel/wash cloth per guest
hand towels for bathroom and kitchen. If our guests need anything, they are welcome to reach out anytime. Contact list will be provided in condo. We may be reached through the app, by phone, and we have a property manager on the island to assist you if needed.

Beautiful

Gorgeous view of the ocean, and easy access to the beach. The condo was well equipped with lots of extras. We especially enjoyed the covered back deck that protected us from the sun, and a few raindrops. Definitely the relaxing vaca we needed, hopefully we’ll come back soon!

Beautiful Condo

Beach Sol was a beautiful oceanfront condo that was comfortable and provided wonderful views and easy access to the beach. We had slight complications on arrival, but the owner was very quick, responsive, and helpful allowing us to enjoy a stress-free vacation. We hope to go back again soon!
