Only doors from Ocean Avenue and a few blocks from the Village Center, this charming three bed, two bath home is walking distance from all Carmel -by-the-Sea has to offer.



Carmel-by-the-Sea Ordnance requires a minimum 31 Night rental.



The Space:

Carmel-by-the-Sea Escape offers guests a well curated home for their stay in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The home is decorated in soothing color tones that compliment the hardwood floors.



The Living/Family room offers a Gas Fireplace and ample comfortable seating for your party of six (6) that promotes gathering for casual conversation with a glass of local wine or cocktails.



The fully stocked kitchen provides Appliances, Cook Ware, Serving Ware and ample storage with a Gas Range and Stove for food preparation. A breakfast / coffee nook rounds out the kitchen



The formal dining room handily seats your party of six.



The three bedrooms each offer Guests a comfortable King Bed. The thrid bedroom may be made up as two XL Twin beds upon request.



The outdoor space provides guest seating and a Gas Barbecue Grill for the family Grillmaster.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

Our Offices hours are 10-6 typically M-F, 12-4 SA-Sun but we are flexible



In regards to early access to the home or late check-out, that is based upon availability. In advance, we just don't know whether another guest will be checking out that morning or checking in that afternoon. Typically it takes our cleaners five to six hours to do the job properly.
