Enjoy this beautiful home with your family when visiting Carlsbad, Nm. This newer 3 bed 2 bath home is located in a new, clean and safe neighborhood on the north side of Carlsbad. Play ping pong, Pac Man arcade games, Snes Games, have dinner under the gazebo, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit - you are going to LOVE this home! 2 bedrooms have king beds with duvet covers that are washed after each guest just like the Ritz Carlton! The bunk room (sleeps 4) has 2 full beds and a Tv with a game console.

Visiting National Parks

This was a great location for us to stay while exploring Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns. It would be doable but a long day to hit White Sands from here as well. The house was great!

Perfect base to visit National Parks

My family recently spent time in New Mexico exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe NP. We found this delightful home to be exactly what we needed. The hosts were excellent in their communications, the home was comfortable, clean and had great amenities. We especially liked all the labels on the switches, cabinets etc, so helpful.

Very clean, well equipped with all you need for your Carlsbad base! Great location for exploring the sights with comfy beds and a nice patio to relax in the evening. Worked perfect for two couple traveling together.

Clean, Relaxing, and Easy

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at the home for 4 nights. We loved the high ceilings and open feel of the common room. The beds were comfortable, our 9 year old loved the bunk beds, and the washer/dryer access comes in handy after a long day of hiking. We really enjoyed the town, the local zoo, Carlsbad Caverns, and Guadalupe Mountains. The host was very responsive, respectful, and professional. If we are in the area in the future, we will stay here again!

National Parks Hub

My son and I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and the Guadalupe Mountains. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor space due to weather, but it looked very peaceful and relaxing. My son and I had a ping pong tournament every night and also enjoyed Pac-Man! Great stay!

Perfect Spot!

What a great house! We had six adults and used this spot as a home base for our day trips to Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe Peak, and White Sands. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we loved the fire pit. We were pleasantly surprised to find a great running trail nearby. Would absolutely recommend this house!

Nice roomy house in quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner. The Pac Man machine was a huge hit! Garage has a nice ping png table and cannot be used to park.Great location with easy 45 minute drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

comfortable home base for exploring Carlsbad Caverns

Our family of five enjoyed this home for our visit to Carlsbad Caverns (an easy 40 minute drive). We were especially grateful for good A/C and a usable garage, since temps outside were in the 90's. The appliances were in good shape. The beds and living room seating were quite comfortable. Brett was very responsive and friendly!

Comfortable and convenient

This is a great place if you're an outdoor person. It's super convenient to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. It's a very comfortable place to come back to in the evenings after a day of hiking and activities and the bed in the master suite will give you a good night's sleep. The owner is very responsive and access to the house is easy. The garage is a big plus. There's lots of choices or good Mexican cuisine and an Albertson's Market for those who like to have meals in.

This house was in the perfect spot in the middle of Carlsbad. The property was very clean and Brett supplied a few house supplies like laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc. to help start out. We stayed for 9 days and he was very helpful, quick responses if we had questions! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were nice to talk too. We enjoyed the backyard and the pac man game!

The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic's (however any kitchen supplies (such as foil, saran wrap, etc., was nonexistent- info provided for planning purposes).
