This was the closet place to stay near Carlsbad caverns. Staff were friendly. It is an old motel. Rooms are old but clean. For the price we were happy.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns, as long as you don't mind the limited food and drink options. The place was clean and comfortable. We didnt visit the pool but it looked nice from a distance
