"The breakfast was okay but the staff were awful. I was never greeted or asked how my stay was going. The pool was like a swamp, green and smelly. The rooms were fine though. Clean and comfortable. It wasn't the worst but definitely wouldn't go back again "

"The room was not cleaned. Floors were not vacuumed or swept, windowsill had a lot of red dirt, mirror was spotty, there was food take-out containers in the cabinet, and it didn’t look like the toilet had been clean. The sheets and towels appeared fresh, and the garbages were emptied. "

My only negatives, and they are minor….the fan inside of the AC unit was all kinds of loud and squeaky, and one hand towel had some sort of like blood stain on it. Otherwise, I’d absolutely stay again"

"This house was great! It was close to everything we needed in Carlsbad for our trip to the caverns and Guadalupe national park. The house was very clean, and provided more than enough nice towels, pillows and extra blankets for beds. The beds were comfortable and plantation shutters made the rooms dark until we were ready to get up each morning. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we loved spending evenings out back around the firepit. "
