Beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Carlsbad near the beach, with pool, and ocean view!

  • A beautiful and well-kept condo offers a peaceful and centrally-located 2-bedroom unit with stunning views of the ocean. In the heart of the Alta Mira community, it is centrally located near the pool, sauna, hot tub, laundry facilities and open grassy areas.
    Located just east of the freeway, with the ocean just a short drive away, as well as good dining, Legoland, the flower fields, and Carlsbad Outlet Mall.

    The Property
    The living room area is large and breezy with a view, TV, and balcony with views of the ocean, pool, and nice grassy areas. There are also nice walkways throughout the Altamira neighborhood, and also occasional community activities.

    The pool is large with a jacuzzi hot tub next to it, along with a nice sauna.

    The primary bedroom is ensuite, with the 2nd bedroom containing a twin bunkbed. The 2nd bathroom with tub is in the hallway.
    Parking is in front of the condo, that requires the use of the parking pass that is kept in your car while staying. If lost it requires $100.00 to replace.

    Alta Mira community requires a minimum rental of 30-31 days (1 month).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. All keys (front door, pool, laundry) and parking pass should be left on the table by the front door. The association, and we, will charge $100 each for replacement of these items.
2. Clear perishables from refrigerator. Empty dishwasher, take trash out. 3. Please close all windows, blinds and sliding glass doors. 4. Please make sure all heater thermostats are turned off.
5. Please wash all beach towels used and put them away, and any other towels you have room for in the washers. 6. Wet towels should be left hanging in the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
