"I wasn’t even 10 minutes into being in the hotel and I walked into the restroom, there was little roaches all over the floor and on the toilet paper. "The hot tub was out of service and the pool was not heated. A bit reason for selecting this hotel was for the use of the pool & spa, so this was disappointing. The AC in the bedroom did not work very well and the common areas in the hotel felt like there was no AC as it was very hot and stuffy."
