"The property is very close to the airport so it was convenient for us. It was very clean and modern amenities. We left to early for breakfast service, the pool was so refreshing in the late afternoon. Francisco the property owner picked us up at the airport and saved us over 20 euros in transportation fees both ways. In addition he drove us to the local restaurant and picked us up after. "

"We stayed for one night because of the location to the Palermo airport (early flight next morning), the house and the room were beautiful, Nino the owner was more than accommodating, he arranged for a private cab ride to the airport that morning for us. The center of town with shops and restaurants are two small streets from the house, everyone in town were friendly. We walked around and felt safe even at night. We will definitely stay there again probably for a longer stay."

"Our stay with Gaetano and Mary was exceptional. They opened their arms to us for our five day stay with a warm welcome, treats and a good lay of the land. This Villa was well equipped, had a beautiful pool and spacious outside areas to dine, talk, swim, sun or shade. The Carini location has great access to Palermo center via the Autostrada as well as the airport. It is a perfect spot to tour the coast from Cefalu to Agrigento by car or railroad (which is excellent), or to tour some of the small towns in the abutting hills. The coastal towns have many beautiful and accessible beaches. Overall our stay was a home run. Graze Gaetano!!"

"A very interesting and unusual hotel but in a town which could use a tidy up."

"We stayed here in the middle of September. The villa has three spacious double bedrooms, two ensuite and a kitchen/dining room which has everything we needed. The highlight though is the outisde, the pool is a very good size and the garden itself is lovely with a vareity of attractive trees providing plenty of shade. It has a barbecue area and another outside table at the front. Within fifteen minutes walk are a supermarket and the town of Villagrazia which has a fishmonger, butcher, greenghrocer, baker and hardware store, so everything you need. There is a restaurant just beyond the town, under 20 minutes walk, unfortunately we couldn't try it as it closed at the end of their season before we had a chance. There is a basic but decent pizzeria/takeway in the town. Unless you intend to sunbathe in the garden all week you will need a car. Many very interesting places are in relatively easy reach (less than 1.5 hours by car). The station of Carini is ten minutes drive away and we travceled in to Palermo by train (not being brave enought to drive in Palermo :-)), trains are then 40 or 50 minutes into Palermo. The catacombs on the edge of town are worth visiting as is the castle in Carini. There were five of us ranging in age from 20 to 65 and we all had a thoroughly good time."

"Amazing experience! We’ve never had such a welcoming, warm welcome. The apartment is in the heart of this charming historic town. We got lucky to be there during the 3 day celebration of the Crucifix with the whole town out celebrating. Apartment is very big and has absolutely everything. Hope to come back "
