"Overall, we had a great stay, mostly because the staff and waitresses were so friendly, welcoming, and wonderful. However, there were a few issues that need attention. When booking, I specifically requested and paid for a king-size room for myself, but upon arrival, I was given a room with double twin-sized beds instead and my request was neglected. Thankfully, my parents did get the king room they required. Additionally, our bathroom had no hair conditioner on the first day; even though I informed the front desk, it was never refilled during the entire stay. On the dining side, most of the food across our 3-day stay (three meals a day) was super salty, though some dishes were good. Lastly, I wish there was more consistent music during pool time; while they do play music, it is limited and depends heavily on the day's scheduled events. Great staff greeting and friendliness are what I love the most about this place, but please respect customer room requests next time instead of overlooking them."

"I’ll start by saying I would 100% come back! Everyone was super friendly and attentive, from check-in to the waitstaff and bartenders. The resort was also always clean, from the rooms to all the common areas. This is definitely a party resort, so if you’re looking for a fun vacation with great vibes, lots of energy, and amazing entertainment, this is the place to be! The entertainment provided by the hotel is 10/10. There are just a couple of things I think could be improved. First, the restaurant reservation process could be much easier. I’ve stayed at other RIU resorts where you can make reservations directly through the RIU app, but here you have to go to the restaurants in person. The lines can get really long, and if you don’t get there early enough, you might not get a reservation at all. Being able to book through the app would make things so much easier. The other thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the gym. It felt a little outdated, and a couple of the machines weren’t working. Overall, I had an amazing time and a great experience! The friendly staff, cleanliness, and entertainment definitely made up for the few things that could be improved. I would absolutely return!"

"Il y a seulement 2 choses que je b aie pas aimer 1 les amberger pres de la picsine que la viande est cuite mais l interieur reste rouge et si vous commanderun repas dans les chambres ce n’est pas aussi bon que si vous allez au buffet que lui je donne 5 étoiles pour la nourriture le services et la courtoisie du personnelle. C’est une place que moi personellent je retournerais. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
