Overall a good stay and easy access into city with easy parking too. Restaurant forgot our order in eve so had a long wait for food.

A beautiful hotel just a short drive into the City. A very comfortable room, nice communal area and a nice meal in the restaurant. Free parking was a bonus too.

Lovely and friendly service from staff. Receptionists Christine and Ana were just brilliant. My only concern is you can hear noise from the hallway while in your room. Otherwise service was exceptional and we would stay here again. Abundant parking space and awesome neighbourhood to go on walks . 👌

Brilliant stay, great hotel location

This was our first time staying in a Mercure. The location was ideal for us, close to the centre but not too busy and more reasonable price. The lounge and bar downstairs was lovely. Nice Christmas decorations too. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was great, very clean, everything we needed. The layout, tv and bathroom felt more modern and slightly more high end compared to a Premier Inn. We will definitely stay at a Mercure again!
