"Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure ..."

"The place is as described. It is cutely decorated and it was very clean. Roberto was very helpful and informative. He helped us with the luggage when we checked in and offered to help on checkout since we had to park in public parking some distance away. FYI- the WiFi signal was weak and sporadic. ..."
