10/10 Excellent

"A gem of a hotel so close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions in Bari. The staff really make the hotel a place you want to return to, so friendly and knowledgable. - 24hr Front Desk, which is very helpful and as a solo traveller, it made me feel safe and cared for. If anything is wrong, you only have to ask. I stayed in a Deluxe room (both stays), which had a terrace balcony. No pretty view, but quite nice to sit, take a drink and read, between exploring. The room was spacious, I found the two sinks helpful (one in room & one in Bathroom), the mini-Fridge had complimentary water and hot drinks tray was well stocked. The onsite bar in the foyer is reasonably priced, well stocked, with comfortable seating. The breakfast was a nice, with freshly baked items and continental selection. I liked that they had small teapots for your tea. Would definitely return if in Bari again."

"This is a gorgeous establishment, with very large comfy rooms, well insulated, a great restaurant, a nice Spa with excellent massage service, and a small roof top pool with panoramic views of Bari seashore. Just what else could one need? Valet service for your car and walking distance from many places. 👌👍👏"

"View & ease of entry to the hotel was really why I rated this so high. The front desk & restaurant staff were good & professional. Free parking onsite, which always a bonus (poorly maintained areas). We ate in the restaurant for dinner & breakfast. The food was tasteful, but the servers & atmosphere are very flat & lifeless."

"The property was awesome. We stayed 3 nights. Pool, Jacuzzi, chairs on the beach. Beautiful scenery. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Spa. They had cold plunge showers, hot showers, hot tub, steam rooms, sauna room, and lounge chairs to relax. They give you a bathrobe and slippers to use while in the spa. Very reasonably priced. We were hoping for a massage also, but the staff was booked for the few days we were there. So worth it to relax! The room were like bungalows, very roomy with a separate living room. The bathroom was large but the only disadvange was the shower was very tiny, smaller than a shower on a cruise. We didn't have a problem, but friends who we traveled with were a little large for the shower. Another bonus was they have a shuttle service for free that goes into town duing certain hours and times. The buffet breakfast every morning was great! They even had an egg station and crepe station! We also ate at the onsite restaurant one night. Fabulous food and great service with a great view. The sunset was beautiful from where we sat. We had a great stay at this property and would highly recommend it."

"Room was clean. Staff with bad attitude. Get annoyed when asked questions. Old man in charge of dining room miserable and unapproachable. Stayed before going on cruise and then after cruise. Second time arrived around 9:30am. My sister and friend took a coffee and juice while waiting to be checked in. The old man got annoyed knowing that it was the end of breakfast and “supposedly” the prefilled juice has to be discarded. Unless they save it for the next day?. On check out they charged us the coffee and juice. Pitiful. We left at 4am and asked and received breakfast boxes but no coffee. Front desk staff not very helpful when asking directions giving only one-two word answers. It was 4 of us, we wanted to sit together at the table. The old man with a bad attitude threw 2 extra table mats and additional silverware when I politely asked. They don’t make u feel welcome. Terrible customer service. They only cater to the Italian speaking customers. Probably they don’t need our business. I will never come back to this hotel. They should learn from American hospitality. We are not arrogant and treat everyone equally. Good things: hotel was clean and next to train station."
