"Gorgeous place, big room, good bed, nice breakfast. Very disappointing shuttle service from the airport. Upon arriving at CCS I called the hotel for the shuttle, and was told that it wasn't included with my room. They said I needed to pay $25 USD. I was forced to take a taxi, but it was next-to-impossible to find cash. It cost 60,000 Bolivares and should normally only cost 5,000. (It's only about 7 minutes!) When I finally got to the hotel I showed them the reservation where it specifically says...

"something incredible happened, we went to breakfast and when we came back, they went into the room and took ALL the towels, therefore, we were not able to wash our hands, let alone take a shower. I have NEVER experienced this, anywhere in the world! we checked out without taking a shower, because it was our last day. I have to say, the hotel is ok, though! and in a good location."
