Secluded island escape with a heated pool, volleyball court, pingpong, outdoor kitchen & golf cart. Sleeps 10 with 2 king suites + bunkroom — perfect for families & groups, anglers or multi-generational.

We've recently added pingpong outside by the pool, 2 paddle boards to strap to golf cart roof and take to whichever beach your heart desires. AND built a private volleyball court on our side lot, to entertain your kids/teens or even get a good adult game going! The Pool is warm, the beaches are beautiful and our new landscape and outdoor lighting is sure to give you all the paradise vibes. Enjoy the world class fishing Captiva offers, the stunning beaches, or boot around the car-less island in a golf cart. Otherwise, relax by your private pool, grab a cold one and fire up the grill. The space:
Split floor plan, perfectly set up for 2 families, with an ensuite master bedroom (king) on one side of the house, a second ensuite bedroom (king) on the opposite side of the house, with a third bunk room (2 queens and 2 twins) for all the kids! The house has an open floor plan with plenty of space for games or just relaxing. The TV in the great room is internet connected and can be used with most streaming services; just login! The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, coffee maker, and a propane grill
outside. Plenty of games for kids, including monopoly,
Enjoy relaxing mornings having coffee and breakfast on the lanai overlooking your private heated pool.

Great house in paradise

Pirates Captiva provided an excellent stay. The property managers are awesome and attentive. There were a few things we needed addressed and they were handled swftly. The house is clean, the screened porch is awesome. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet location, great for families.

Great location

Overall very happy with our stay at Pirates Captiva. Getting to North Captiva takes some planning but once you are there it’s amazing. We had groceries delivered and it was well worth it to save on lugging them on the water taxi. This home is centrally located with easy access to the community pool and beach. Very clean home with everything you need including pool towels and beach chairs.

Great Location, Great House

The property and house were perfect, exactly as described and pictured on the site. We had beaches practically to ourselves, beautiful weather and a great trip. The pool was heated great we loved the temp and spent lots of time. The golf cart could use an upgrade as well as the second bed in the smaller room but it was perfect for the two families of ours that stayed overall. The deck space and general area was awesome!
