"Breakfast buffet was far above average; so many choices and everything was fresh and delicious. Liked that the floors were not carpet in the room. My one complaint is regarding the TV situation. I consider myself pretty savvy with my subscriptions and logins. The fact that you cannot watch any TV (think the basic news channels) was frustrating. My subscription app worked for a minute after a lengthy setup, but stopped working and I couldn’t get it back up. "

"The bed here was so comfortable. Room was large and hotel was very accessible to everything. Parking was over $60/day so that wasn't great, but should have realized that when booking and I didn't. I would stay here again if there were no other options with cheaper parking. We've been to Chicago many times and this was one of the cleaner hotels we've been to."

"Candy at the front desk was always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast staff was super friendly and made amazing eggs, cocktail reception gets a bit crowded but you can't go wrong with this amenity used to be the norm many places but now not so much. Great location, great staff, walkable to most sights and close to public transport. Also nice to have a whole food across the street for their hot bar and snacks as needed. Would definitely stay again. "
