"Fries in the floor from past guests. Breakfast are messy not enough for all guests. One of the rooms we reserved the door wouldnt latch. The guests beside us kept until 3am, and tried to get into our room 2-3 times. Our food from the restaurant was wrong and they didnt give us spoons, sauces, or any condiments. Not enough towels in the bathrooms."

"Overall it was a mediocre hotel doing the best with what it has: Pros: room design was good for parents and an adult child. Convenience of a shuttle was very good to have. Staff greeted us with a smile. Cons: seems understaffed as we had to go fetch our own bedding for the sofa bed. Beds were not great. Queen bed was closer to a full size and sofa bed was like sleeping in a Great Depression. The hotel was generally grubby and really needed a detail cleaning. It really needs an upgrade to do away with the cracked tiles, old carpet and cheap dingy towels."
