The room had poor lighting, bed was stained with blood. Shower also had like mold . In general the room was awful. We talked to the clerck And he made some excuses that since we left we were not able to ask for refund. Very disapointed. "

"The room was noisy, with neighbors watching tv until 2am. The hall and elevator had a strong weed smell. The phone in the room didn’t work, the TV was out of focus. The ad said warm breakfast, but it only had toast and waffles, with OJ and coffee. We were four guests and they only gave us three bath towels; when we asked for more, the reception said they were going to deliver and never did. We asked the housekeeper when she finally showed up, and she said she wasn’t allowed to. She left without cleaning/organizing the room. We were there for four nights and housekeeping only showed up once. We had to put the trash can out by the door to see if someone would empty it, since nobody was coming to clean the room. Staff was not friendly! Do not recommend and will not stay there again!"
