you to make use of as you please.
The first bedroom invites you to enjoy a comfy bed, sliding doors
leading onto the balcony, which also allows for an abundance of natural
light into the bedroom and a beautifully maintained bathroom including
a toilet, basin, bath and shower. The second bedroom also offers
sliding doors leading onto a balcony area and has access to a shared
bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. All linen and towels are
provided.
The apartment is also equipped with internet access and DSTV for your
convenience. You will be at ease knowing that this apartment is in a
secure complex behind a remote-controlled gate and offers sufficient
secure parking.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Waterstone East, Century City Boulevard, Century City
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
