an ensuite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom comes with two single
beds and air conditioning, and shares a bathroom, making it perfect for
families or groups. Each bathroom is designed for comfort, with one
featuring a bath and the others equipped with showers.
Uptown Retreat is designed to provide a relaxing and convenient
experience. Enjoy the private outdoor pool, a spacious lounge area, and

no-parties policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, and
all guests must also sign a pool indemnity form before using the pool.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
