A contemporary apartment in brand new, secure development. On 11th floor; same as pool deck. Furnished with bespoke furniture and attention to detail. Large outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture (and soon a terrace garden). High speed fibre internet; wi-fi and Netflix. In the heart of the city; close to trendy restaurants, bars and shops. 25 minutes walk to V&A waterfront; 15 minutes to De Waterkant (trendy Gay area) and 15 minutes to the International Convention Centre. 10 minutes to the Company Gardens. Two blocks from the Supreme Court. One minute access to MyCiti bus routes and Hop-on-hop-off Cape Town sightseeing Bustour. Area is safe for walking day and night. 24 hour security. Apartment fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguisher system.

Central, clean, and caring!

Séan and the apartment's building staff were all so helpful throughout the entirety of my stay. The apartment is conveniently located in City Bowl, in walking distance to an array of stellar restaurants (FYN!), bars (Openwine!), and coffee shops (Rosetta!). On top of all that, the in-building pool is on the same floor as the apartment unit, with great views of Table Mountain. This spot is a gem!
