Property is in a great location. Unfortunately it’s a little tired and require some up dating.Also there was no mention that building was being undertaken on the exterior of the property and impacted on accessibility to gain access in and out of the property which caused issue with safety. The access to the property from the street is through a gate and then down a flight of stairs which and a mound of sand across the complete bottom of stair case leaving about 1 to 2 feet at the Ons side of the steps to gain access to the path. The bottom step had been broken away leaving an uneven surface which is not safe. On a number of days the path to gain access and leaving the property had been blocked by scaffolding and tarpaulins leaving access in and out very difficult. Would we have been notified about the disruption we would of looked at changing property.
