Stylish Apartment with Stunning Views over Hout Bay
The apartment is perched high up on Little Lions Head with panoramic views over the Hout Bay Valley and the Hottentot Holland Mountains in the far distance.
There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area.
Sliding doors lead onto an expansive balcony with an outdoor table, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue.
The unit is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
Access is via private staircase leading down from on-site roof top parking.
We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages.
