This spacious 3-bedroom house comfortably accommodates 6 guests and is
located in the trending suburb of Camps Bay, Cape Town, showcasing
modern finishes and breathtaking ocean views. This property is
conveniently situated minutes away from exquisite beaches, restaurants
and shops.

All three bedrooms are finished with stylish aesthetics. The first
bedroom is surrounded by large windows promoting the spectacular views,
large sliding doors leading onto a sizeable balcony, and a stunning
walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom includes his and hers basins, a
bath, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a
quaint balcony area with outside furniture to sit and enjoy the endless
views. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bath, toilet
and basin. The third bedroom boasts a stunning ocean view, creating a
serene and peaceful atmosphere. It shares a bathroom that includes both
a toilet and a shower, offering comfort and convenience.

This property offers a cosy and relaxed living space, perfect for
socializing or enjoying tranquility. A fully equipped and spacious
kitchen allows you to cook to your heart’s content and with a
dishwasher included there’s no stress about the mess. A dining area is
available for you to make use of for a more personal setting and an
intimate seating area just off the kitchen gives you the perfect spot
to enjoy your morning coffee. Alongside the lounge area which offers a
smart projector, is a peaceful sitting area with a mini-library that
leads out onto a beautiful patio. The highlight of this property is the
splash pool, perfect for keeping cool on those hot summer days.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

Needs a little love

Beautiful home that needs some attention to bring it back to its best. Roof leaks over the foot of the stairs which makes the stairs slippery during rain. Window cracked in main bedroom. Aircon not working in second bedroom. Fourth bedroom is an outside room, and is extremely musty, not really suitable as a bedroom. There is no front door as such and one enters through the garage, inconvenient and embarrassing. The property manager was a star, communicated well and replaced a non-functioning microwave for us. Having visited other similar properties in Camps Bay in a similar price range, I would not stay at this one again.
