Miami Living at The Flamingo!

The Flamingo is a new development in the heart of Sea Point. This
curvaceous building has an upbeat tropical modernist aesthetic
reminiscent of Miami Beach and Honolulu. Designed by master architect
Robert Silke, the studio apartment is designed to maximise space and
delight. Located just steps from the famous Promenade, giving
sun-loving residents pedestrian access to outdoor gyms, secret surf
breaks, sunset picnic spots, and kilometres of seaside cycling,
rollerblading, jogging and strolling.

The Space:

This quirky studio apartment features minimalistic design with
everything you need to make the most of your seaside escape. A fully
equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed, dedicated work station,
lounge with Smart TV/Netflix and a private balcony with views of Lion's
Head. The highly walkable neighborhood is on the doorstep of the Sea
