Stylish 2 bedroom apartment centrally located in trendy Green Point. Ideal for leisure or business travel, this apartment is a 5 minute drive to the CBD and CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre), and just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Within walking distance of al fresco restaurants & cafes, as well as the V&A Waterfront, you can't ask for a better base from which to explore!

The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with King beds, airconditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. The 2 bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a full-size bathtub and an over-bath shower.

Walking into the apartment you enter into a beautifully appointed open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The living area leads out onto the balcony where you look out onto the large pool.
