The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment.

The room was fine, but a little dated and tired. I thought it was expensive for what the room was like.
Nice cousy boutique hotel located in a South African villa. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is perfectly made to order in a nice open "home" kitchen. Very enjoyable and relaxing environment. Although I stayed very short, I did enjoy my stay and I would be inclined to stay here again.
