Set in the heart of Sea Point, this larger than average 59m2 fully furnished studio apartment has a lovely, neat feel to it.
This above average air-conditioned apartment offers a sunroom which is just off the bedroom, the bedroom is fitted with a King size bed which can be separated in to two Twin beds upon request. The quaint bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Kitchen offers all that is needed for a weekend getaway, short business traveller or perhaps someone wanting to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the Atlantic Seaboard, such as a mini refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Close to all the restaurants, beach front, shops, and all amenities.

Check-in will be from 14:00pm (2pm) to 18:00 (6pm). Any check-in after 18:00 (6pm) can be accommodated at an additional cost of R300.00 and will be payable on arrival.
