West Beach is ideally located on an elevated position of Bloubergstrand, boasting uninterrupted views of the iconic Table Mountain, Robben Island, and Table Bay. You will find this charming one-bedroom apartment in West Beach that comfortably accommodates up to two guests.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere as sunlight flows in from the balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, fitted with everything you might need for a comfortable self-catering stay. In addition, the kitchen features an air fryer, coffee machine, tumble dryer, and washing machine for added convenience.
The lounge is thoughtfully furnished with a comfy sofa, a glass coffee table, and a mounted plasma television with internet access within the apartment. From the lounge area, large sliding doors open onto the balcony featuring a dining set with seating for up to four people. An outdoor braai is available for guests to enjoy intimate gatherings with friends or family on their private balcony, while taking in the spectacular mountain views. Outside, guests will have access to a communal outdoor swimming pool of considerable size, with secure parking within the apartment complex.
The bedroom is designed for comfort, complete with a queen-size bed, plush bedding, generous wardrobe space, and a stylish, en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin, and cabinet with vanity and a toilet.
Situated along the scenic road leading to the breathtaking West Coast, this stay offers a variety of activities for guests to enjoy. Whether you’re sunbathing, beachcombing, or kitesurfing in Bloubergstrand, you'll find yourself near exciting water activities, shopping centres, and local cafés or restaurants.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 45 Balmoral Road West , West Beach. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
