"The room was spacious and spotless. Every item you could need to cook up a storm was in the kitchen. Parking was at the door undercover, again excellent. Sharri at the office was easy and great to deal with."

"This hotel is not quite what is was and has gone from exceptional to ‘has room for improvement’. Examples. A swim up bar should not be cans and slushies only. The bar should be manned by trained and friendly staff. Breakfast doesn’t need to be the overpriced buffet it currently is. Ala carte will be better for everyone. I could keep going - I will be back - Townsville doesn’t have a great deal of competition."
