"We love the stars at night with our view. We have stayed a couple times now and each room is unique. The beaches are nearby. I suggest bring your shade umbrella for the black sands beach. The Venezuelan food across from our room might have been good had anyone that worked there acknowledged us upon entering and waiting about five minutes. No biggie. We ended up with pizza. It’s okay! The bar chairs in the rooms need reupholstering. The lady at the desk is very sweet and very kind. Love the vibe."

"This was our fourth trip to Shelter Cove. We love the peacefulness and remoteness of the place. Leta's place was beautiful and super clean. I appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. There was nothing I needed to cook a meal. Also appreciated how well the house was stocked overall - ample paper products, etc. We loved the hot tub on the deck and used it twice while we were there. Loved that we could hear the sound of the waves from the deck even though being a bit away from the water. And of course the view was excellent. Leta was very helpful answering questions before we arrived. We would definitely return."
