Quiet street right across from ocean. Wonderful breakfast with many options. Afternoon tea and wine and cheese, served in afternoon. Bikes are available to ride into town .. very historic building adds to ambience.. make sure you hike the walking trails by lighthouse and go to Higbee Beach. Trails are in that area too (bring chairs from hotel) for beach relaxation … too many restaurants to choose. All were excellent ..

This place is the best Bed and Breakfast ever. It would be hard to beat them or even equal them. People who want to start or are now running a bed B&B should stay here to see how it is done properly. Place has a lot of charm, service is excellent. The staff really knows how to make you feel special. We will return there in the future,

The staff was outstanding; always pleasant, welcoming and ready to assist with any questions. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety of homemade foods. The pleasant surprise for us was the afternoon tea and the early evening wine and cheese.

Everything was good except the 3rd floor was extremely hot. We did not have a thermostat to turn down the heat. Sleeping that night, we had to turn the ceiling fan on high and we had to open up the windows. The management was closed, and we were out of luck. We would probably not go back.
