Classic Victorian cape may inn -
Not fancy but pleasant.
Two blocks to beach, with available beach chairs to borrow and out door shower.
Breakfasts were varied and tasty.
Walk to everywhere. We rented bikes and went easily all over.
cozy place. small room. tiny bathroom with the sink in the bedroom, not the bathroom. Good breakfast. close to the beach, the mall. just not very comfortable.

Comfortable and Convenient, Some Issues
The Luther Ogden Inn was a comfortable and well-located place for a two-day stay in Cape May. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the restaurant district. The rooms are all on the third floor, and are fairly small. One of the issues we had with the room was the amount of furniture; despite the small size of the room, there was a large wicker chair taking up a good deal of the available floor space, and what appeared to be a heating stove in the corner behind the chair, which I will assume was not really necessary given the room’s baseboard heating. The internet quality was quite poor.
All in all, it was comfortable and convenient, but could be improved.
We will definitely be returning as soon as we can!! Great breakfast, Jan and Mark were very attentive and caring, it is clear the love what they do. Free on-site parking is a plus in Cape May.
A wonderful experience.
A beautiful old Victorian home! Warmth and hospitality abounded

Good location for beach access and pedestrian mall. Friendly efficient check in. Our room had no closet. Good beds. Very clean yet a bit dank (would have loved a fan). Great breakfast, average coffee.
