Only downsides were the very tight parking and a semi-snarky gentleman (glasses, short greyish/blondish hair) at the front desk some evenings. "My sister and I had stayed in a room while visiting one of the nearby state parks over Labor Day weekend. Our room was nice, clean, the only slight downside was a stronger smell of what seemed to be chlorine (there was an outdoor pool but the smell was pretty heavy inside the room, as if a lot of wet laundry had been hanging up). We had countered that by venting out the room and such, but our parents who were under a different booking did have to move rooms twice because their first room lock wasn't working, then the second room hadn't been thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to them moving into it. The staff were very nice about the whole situation, and it seems like the strong chlorine smell was something affecting multiple rooms, but overall the experience was good. Breakfast was nice, it was busy because of everyone traveling due to the holiday, but we weren't around much except to sleep. Would I go back if I were in the area again, sure."
