Villa Seashells is location, location, location. This beautiful waterfront villa is located in SW Cape Coral situated close to Tarpon point marina with direct sailboat access only 10 minutes to the main river and less than 30 minutes to the gulf beaches and islands of Sanibel & Captiva. This region is so far undiscovered by mass tourism, and offers something for everyone. The area is renowned for its great fishing on and off shore. Fish off your own private dock, or with your own boat, why not visit the the local aquatic wildlife and the nearby islands of Sanibel , Captiva. and Ft Myers , which all offer large swathes of uninterupted white sandy shores. Along there coastlines you can drop anchor and wade ashore too collect the many varied shells, or dock for lunch at the many waterside restaurants.
For golf we have 4 sets of clubs at the villa and there are 3 courses in the Cape plus 79 courses within 20 miles of Cape Coral.
