This peaceful waterfront retreat boasts 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, and tv one with a queen bed, and one with a 2 twin beds. Amenities like WiFi, a washing dryer machine and AC, guests can relax and unwind in this waterfront home. The 2 bathrooms feature showers for added convenience. This is not just a vacation rental its our home. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer in the best winter climate in the USA . Located on a deep water travel canal not recommended for children. Watch and chat with boaters cruising by. We accept one small pet under 30lbs . Bring your boat and youll have a 10k boat lift with water and electric and access to the Gulf of Mexico and all surrounding Islands. 5 minute car ride to cape coral center and all bars and restaurants On the busline also. free utilities up to $300 any overage from deposit. Overall a good property to rent. The hot tub area, canal view (especially at night) and boat watching were great. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t operable the first five days but it was eventually remedied. The home interior was clean but various small items could use repairs for future rentals.
